• Vascular Annual Meeting - The premier annual meeting for specialists who treat vascular disease.
• Research Activities and Awards - The Society’s foundation, the American Vascular Association, sponsors awards, scholarships, and fellowships that foster careers in vascular research.
• Publication Advertising and Sponsorship - SVS communicates with its members via four publications: Journal of Vascular Surgery, Vascular Specialist, SVS Pulse, and Vascular Surgeon.
• Branding Campaign Sponsorship - Creating a brand for vascular health and vascular surgeons is a primary goal of the SVS.
• Educational Programs - Educational seminars on research in vascular disease, coding and reimbursement, and emerging technologies, as well as programs targeted to vascular surgery program directors and residents.
• Vascular Registry - In July 2005 SVS successfully launched the Vascular Registry for carotid artery stenting and carotid endarterectomy.  The Vascular Registry provides institutions with an easy-to-use, cost-effective way to meet CMS regulations for payment of carotid artery stenting.
